Very happy with my experience purchasing a 2025 GTI from Volkswagen Unionville, especially the service I received from Sufian. Due to the delays by VW in releasing the GTIs in North America it was a 7 month wait between ordering the vehicle and taking delivery. During that time Sufian was frequently in touch with updates and he answered all of my questions. When the car finally arrived this week it was a seamless process. Shoutout to Michael as well - he gave me a great overview of the vehicle before I took it away. I would recommend Volkswagen Unionville and Sufian to anyone looking to buy a VW.

My experience buying a 2024 Golf R was exceptional, thanks to Justin Lam. He was very helpful and patient throughout our multiple visits, always providing clear and detailed answers to our questions without ever making us feel pressured. He encouraged us to take our time and consider our decision carefully, which made the process feel comfortable and reassuring. Terry explained our options for protection plans that we were interested in, without trying to upsell us on anything we didn't need. During delivery, we noticed a small defect that was no fault of the dealership, but Michael Ko was prompt to resolve it.
