I recently purchased a 2025 Volkswagen Jetta Highline from this dealership, and my experience was excellent. Sherman, my salesman, went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and enjoyable. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but he also answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. Sherman even came in on his day off just to help us pick up the car, which really shows his dedication to customer service. To top it off, he personally detailed the car before we arrived, making sure it was in perfect condition. The deal we got was fantastic, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership, especially if you have the chance to work with Sherman. The customer care here truly sets them apart.

My experience buying a 2024 Golf R was exceptional, thanks to Justin Lam. He was very helpful and patient throughout our multiple visits, always providing clear and detailed answers to our questions without ever making us feel pressured. He encouraged us to take our time and consider our decision carefully, which made the process feel comfortable and reassuring. Terry explained our options for protection plans that we were interested in, without trying to upsell us on anything we didn't need. During delivery, we noticed a small defect that was no fault of the dealership, but Michael Ko was prompt to resolve it. We were impressed by the manager's commitment and ability to make things right. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Justin Lam to anyone looking for a new car.
