The Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport will be arriving on the market a little bit later this year, but now we know how much it will cost. Volkswagen’s latest SUV will start at $38,995 when it goes on sale this March. It will be offered in three versions with 4Motion all-wheel drive being standard.
The entry-level Trendline model will get a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged engine that delivers 235 horsepower. This engine is also standard on the mid-level Comfortline model starting at $45,195 while a 3.6-litre V6 engine developing 276 horsepower is optional.
18-inch wheels, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Side Assist, and Front Assist active safety technologies are also standard. The top-of-the-line Execline model starts at $54,495 and features exclusive 20-inch wheels, leather seats, ventilated seats, and Volkswagen’s Virtual Cockpit display. A panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate, keyless entry, adaptive cruise control, park distance control, and an 8.0-inch screen are all available across the mid- or top-level 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport.
The latter features over 1,110 litres of cargo space, the same wheelbase as the larger Atlas, and a sportier design that will turn heads on the roads.
